SYSTÈME NATIONAL DE DOCUMENT EN LIGNE

Permet l'accès à une documentation électronique nationale et internationale très riche et très variée en trois langue anglais, français et arabe, couvrant tous les domaines de l'enseignement et de la recherche scientifique (science et techniques, sciences de la vie et de la nature, science humaines et sociales, pluridisciplinaire...Le SNDL donne l'accès à plus de 19 bases de données revues, articles scientifiques, books, ....

BIBLIOTHÈQUE NUMÉRIQUE (IQRAA) DE L'OFFICE DEs PUBLICATIONs UNIVERSITAIREs

La bibliothèque numérique IQRAA de l'Office des publications Universitaires (OPU) contient un nombre important de livres académiques dans différents domaines scientifiques et techniques qui permettent aux enseignants et étudiants d'accéder à distance, de consulter et de visualiser des ouvrages sans téléchargement

le portail national de signalement des thèses

C’est un outil de valorisation de la recherche au sein de l’université, il donne accès à la production scientifique des chercheurs en matière de thèse. Ce dernier assure le circuit de production de la thèse, de la proposition du sujet jusqu’à son signalement. Enfin, ce portail permet la diffusion de la thèse auprès de la communauté scientifique en offrant un accès au texte intégral des thèses soutenues.

Organizational Chart

The library of the ENSM is under the direct authority of the school Director. In accordance with the Organization Chart of the Non-University School (Ministerial Decree of February, 25th, 2019), the Library Directorate consists of three (03) Offices:

Internal Regulations

1- GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1:

The ENSM library is accessible to the entire academic community:
-Students
- Research professors, administrative staff
- As well as external users.

Article 2 :

The library builds and organizes a collection of documents tailored to users’ needs, for both on-site consultation and external lending.

Article 3 :

It provides users with all the necessary means for documentary research. The library staff is responsible for advising, assisting, and training users.

2- REGISTRATION

Article 4 :

Registration is mandatory in order to benefit from the library’s services. It must be renewed every year and completed within the designated timeframe. Registration is done online by following this link:

The documents required are:
- A copy of the current academic year’s school certificate.
-An ID picture.

3- Access for External Users

Article 5 :

External users must present a library access authorization issued by their home institution, as well as a valid student ID card.

4 – OPENING DAYS AND HOURS

Article 6 :

The library is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 22:00, and on Saturday from 8:30 to 16:00. Opening hours are communicated to users via the “Library” section of the school’s official website: https://www.ensmanagement.dz/bibliotheque. The library reserves the right to temporarily modify its opening hours during the academic year in order to adapt to the academic calendar or internal organizational needs.

5 - TERMS OF USE OF THE LIBRARY COLLECTION

Article 7 :

Lending is only allowed using the student card equipped with an RFID chip.

Article 8 :

The holder of the student card is solely responsible for any items borrowed using his/her card. He/she is subject to the penalties provided for in case of late return, damage, or loss of items.

Article 9 :

External users must present an authorization issued by their home institution. They are only entitled to on-site consultation.

Article 10 :

The library issued reminders by mail, email, and telephone for overdue items.

Article 11 :

Internal lending (on-site consultation): applies to all library materials.
-External lending (home lending): certain items are excluded from home lending, including:
- Dictionaries, encyclopedias, atlases, rare or valuable books, periodicals, theses, and dissertations.

Article 13 :

Any delay in returning a borrowed document incurs a penalty calculated as: 1 day of delay multiplied by 2.

Article 14 :

Any lost or damaged document must be replaced by the user or reimbursed at twice (x2) its price.

Article 15 :

Lending operations stop 15 minutes before the library’s closing time

6- READER OBLIGATIONS

Article 16 :

Readers must check the condition of any borrowed documents before leaving the lending desk and report any damage or deterioration observed. No repairs should be attempted by the user.
Computer equipment made available in the library is strictly reserved for documentary research. The following are strictly prohibited:
1 - Using mobile phones.
2 - Smoking, drinking (except water), or eating inside the library.
3 - Speaking loudly in the reading room.
4 -Moving library furniture (chairs, tables, etc.).
5 -Removing library materials without prior registration of external lending..
6 -It is prohibited to posting or distribute any materials in public areas of the library without prior authorization of the Library Directorate.
7 -Any organization of scientific events within the library must be subject to prior authorization from the Library Directorate

7 - SANCTIONS

Article 17 :

Failure to comply with the rules of conduct may result in:
* A written warning.
* Exclusion from the library for the current academic year.
* Referral to a disciplinary council.

8 - FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 18 :

All users (students, professors, researchers, or staff) must be in good standing with the library to be able to:
- Obtain a clearance certificate issued by the library after submitting a digital copy of the dissertation.
- Transfer their academic record.
- Transfer to another institution.
- Proceed with retirement procedures.

Article 19 :

Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The library accepts no responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage. Similarly, in the case of connecting personal laptops to electrical outlets, the library shall not be held liable for any malfunction or damage to the devices.

Article 20 :

All users of the library must comply with these Regulations.

Article 21 :

Library staff are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Regulations.

Article 22 :

The Internal Regulations of the library of the Higher School of Management (ENSM) are made known to users through a notice published on the school’s website and on the library’s Facebook page.
