University–Business Liaison Office (BLEU)

The University–Business Liaison Office (BLEU) is a dedicated structure aimed at strengthening ties between the university and the socioeconomic sector.

It plays a key role in establishing sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships between the National Higher School of Management (ENSM) and businesses, with the aim of enhancing employability, fostering innovation, and promoting entrepreneurship.

Its main missions include:

Strengthening University–Business relations and institutionalizing partnerships.

Enhancing students’ employability and developing professional networks.

Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in collaboration with researchers, start-ups, and scientific clubs.

Participating in national and international competitions to showcase and promote innovative projects.

Identifying profiles according to the needs of the Incubator and the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CDE), in order to support project leaders.

Establishing partnerships with companies and research laboratories for educational and employability-oriented agreements.

Contributing to the School’s engagement with societal challenges and integrating its projects into these broader dynamics.

Supporting graduates in the creation and development of their businesses and start-ups.

Continuously monitoring developments in research and employment.

Collaborating with institutions such as the National Employment Agency (ANEM), the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM), NESDA, and other socioeconomic stakeholders.
