Our mission
Our mission is to support students in their academic, professional, and personal development by offering learning opportunities that go beyond theoretical education. Through its initiatives, the club seeks to:
• Encourage initiative and creativity by giving students opportunities to turn their ideas into concrete achievements. • Build a bridge between theory and practice by providing experiences that enrich the knowledge acquired through academic training. • Encourage personal development by offering students opportunities to build confidence, discover new skills, and step outside their comfort zones. • Make student life a richer and more balanced experience through events and activities that promote personal growth, conviviality, and a different way of experiencing their academic journey. • Foster exchanges and networking by creating opportunities to collaborate, share experiences, and build relationships within the community. • Support students in their preparation for the professional world by gradually exposing them to the realities, requirements, and opportunities of their future professional environment.

Our departments
CFM relies on a structured organization that enables each member to contribute to the development and implementation of the club’s projects.
At its head, the club is led by the President, Vice President, and Secretary General. CFM is then organized around four complementary departments:
Marketing & Communication: Responsible for the club’s identity, communication, and promotion of its activities and projects.
Events: Responsible for the design, organization, and implementation of the club’s events and activities.
External Relations: Responsible for developing CFM’s relationships with companies, institutions, associations, and various partners.
Human Resources: At the heart of the club’s internal life, this department supports members, facilitates their integration, and contributes to the development of team dynamics.

Our activities
Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of activities that enrich the academic and student experience. Training sessions, workshops, conferences, professional meetings, events, challenges, and competitions allow students to learn, experiment, and develop new skills.
The club also invests in entrepreneurial projects and initiatives, as well as innovation-related activities, notably through its participation in events such as national hackathons.
Finally, we place strong emphasis on openness and collaboration by developing partnerships and exchanges with different stakeholders, including collaborations such as the one with AIESEC Ben Aknoun. These experiences allow students to broaden their horizons, create new connections, and give a practical dimension to their academic journey.

Our flagship events
Over the years, CFM has developed several recurring events that shape the life of the club and represent highlights of the academic year.
Among them is the National Finovia Expo Hackathon, which highlights innovation, artificial intelligence, and finance through challenges and concrete projects. The club also organizes the Internship Forum and Job Days every year, giving students the opportunity to discover opportunities, meet professionals, and get closer to the business world.
CFM also contributes to student life through various themed days, such as Student Day and Knowledge Day, as well as awareness initiatives related to campaigns such as Pink October and Blue November.

Beyond the club
For 10 years, CFM has evolved with a constant ambition: to offer students a space where they can learn, experiment, create, and grow together.
Every project, every event, and every meeting contributes to an experience that goes beyond the classroom and prepares students to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
And because the future is built together, what are you waiting for to join the adventure, future managers?
