PhD School

The LMD-system PhD is governed by three (03) regulatory texts, depending on the date of the PhD student’s firs-time enrollment. An additional regulatory text applies when the thesis is prepared under co-supervision:

1. LMD PhD students regularly enrolled before the publication of Decree No. 547 of June, 2nd, are governed by

1.1. The provisions of Decree No. 191 of July, 12th, 2012, as amended and supplemented, aforementioned.

1.2. Circular No. 03 of March, 8th, 2018 (+ Annexes).

1. PhD students regularly enrolled before the publication of Decree No. 961 of December, 2nd, 2020, are governed by

2.1.  The provisions of Decree No. 547 of June, 2nd, 2016.

2.2. Circular No. 03 of July, 7th, 2019  (+ Annexes).

PhD students enrolled from as of the 2020-2021 academic year, are governed by

3.1.  Decree No. 961 of December, 2nd, 2020
