Final PhD Certificate
The final post-graduation (PhD) certificate is issued upon request by the applicant.
Required documents
- Handwritten request from the applicant.
- Final PhD certificate application form (request the form from the postgraduate office).
- Birth certificate No. 12.
- Original Baccalaureate transcript.
- Original transcripts of the Bachelor’s (licence) or Engineering degrees.
- Original final certificates of the Bachelor’s (licence) or Engineering degrees.
- Original transcripts of the Master’s degree.
- Original final Master’s degree certificate.
- Photocopy of the Master’s thesis defense report.
- Original copy of the Master’s Diploma Supplement (Annex).
- Original provisional PhD certificate of success (if applicable).
- (This document is to be permanently retained by the school).
- Thesis submission certificate issued by the school library.
- Clearance certificate issued by the library after submitting the final digital version of the thesis.
