Consultation notice No. 16/2026 — Procurement of IT equipment and consumables in two lots

The École nationale supérieure de management (Koléa) announces consultation No. 16/2026 for the procurement of IT equipment and consumables, divided into two lots: — Lot 01: IT equipment. — Lot 02: IT equipment and copying and printing consumables. Specifications: suppliers interested in this notice, specialising in the supply of IT equipment and consumables, may collect the specifications (cahier des charges) from the École nationale supérieure de management in Koléa (procurement and equipment department). Bid preparation: the bid preparation period is eight (08) days from the first publication of this notice. Submission of bids: bids are submitted to the École nationale supérieure de management in Koléa (procurement and equipment department) on the last day of the bid preparation period, before 11:00, that is on 21 October 2026. Should that date fall on a public holiday or a legal rest day, the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day, at the same time. Presentation of bids: the application file, the technical bid and the financial bid are placed in separate sealed envelopes, each bearing the name of the company, the reference and subject of the consultation and the words “application file”, “technical bid” or “financial bid”, as appropriate. These envelopes are placed in a further sealed, anonymous envelope marked: “To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee — Consultation No. 16/2026”. Required documents: — Application file: application declaration; declaration of probity; copy of the trade register; tax clearance statement (extrait de rôle) less than three months old; tax identification number (NIF) and statistical identification number (NIS); certificate of up-to-date CNAS and CASNOS contributions. — Technical bid: subscription declaration (completed, stamped and signed); specifications completed and signed, with the handwritten words “read and approved” on the last page. — Financial bid: bid letter; unit price schedule; quantitative and estimated breakdown (each completed, stamped and signed). Validity of bids: bidders remain bound by their bids for the bid preparation period plus three months (90 days) from the submission date. Opening of bids: bidders may attend the bid opening session, held at the École nationale supérieure de management in Koléa on 21 October 2026 at 11:00. Should that day fall on a public holiday or a legal rest day, the opening is postponed to the next working day, at the same time.
