“I’m Rawnek Khaldi, a proud graduate of École Nationale Supérieure de Management (ENSM), class of 2023. Before joining ENSM, I was a little lost walking two different paths. I studied English literature and had already started my own business. Stepping into this university was like stepping into a whole new world, one that would challenge me, shape me, and push me to grow in ways I never expected. ENSM wasn’t just about learning theories and concepts; it was about transformation. I met people who inspired me, professors who became my lifelong mentors, and a community that still literally feels like home. It taught me how to think differently, how to be bold, and how to navigate the unpredictable world of business. Even now, ENSM remains a place where I return, not just for nostalgia, but to reconnect, to meet new minds, and to keep growing.
One of the biggest lessons I learned? Patience. I learned that success isn’t instant, but the result of consistency, strategy, and resilience. I learned how to manage my business under pressure, how to set priorities, and how to turn every opportunity—big or small—into something valuable.
After graduating, I took a leap and launched a new business my own incubator, Venturefly. And within just a year and a half, it has grown
beyond what I imagined. The best part? I’ve been able to hire people from ENSM—people who share the same foundation, the same drive, and the same hunger to create something meaningful. Building this company with them has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.
To ENSM students today: Be open, be curious, and most importantly build connections. The people around you today might be the ones who stand beside you in your biggest moments tomorrow. ENSM gives you the knowledge, but it’s up to you to turn it into something extraordinary.
