“Témoignage Alumni
Dear ENSM Alumni,
I would be honored to share my professional journey to help highlight the success of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Management community across your digital platforms.
My academic foundation at ENSM in Algiers was the launching pad for my international career. Following my studies at the school from 2017 to 2019, I navigated through various positions, steadily building my expertise.
Today, I am based in Germany, working as a Senior Learning and Development Executive EMEA.
The rigorous academic environment and strategic mindset fostered at ENSM have been instrumental in my transition to managing cross-cultural teams and learning initiatives on an international scale. It is incredibly rewarding to see how the principles I learned in Algiers continue to apply to complex, multinational business environments today.”
