Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Management
At the beginning, the school opened its doors in temporary premises in central Algiers, while awaiting relocation to the University Pole of Koléa. The first class was launched in 2011, under the leadership of Professor Mohamed Chérif BELMIHOUB, offering three (3) Master’s programs: Organizational Management, Industrial Economics of Networks and Infrastructures, and a professional Master’s degree in Quality Management.
Additionally, the school has organized PhD entrance exams in the aforementioned specialties, indicating its commitment to establish solid academic research. Four years later, and under the leadership of Professor Hasna Messaid, ENSM moved to the University Pole of Koléa. At that time, it expanded its programs, offering three (3) new Master’s degrees in: Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Information Systems, and Marketing Management, thus responding to the growing needs of the job market. Three years later, ENSM introduced two (2) new Master’s programs: Project Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as E-Government, further strengthening its focus on innovation and modern management. At the same time, a Master’s program in Supply Chain Management was launched in 2019, followed by new PhD training programs in Strategic Management and Information Systems, therefore broadening specialization opportunities for researchers.
In 2020, and under the leadership of Professor Sidi Mohamed Sahel, the ENSM enriched its academic programs with the introduction of PhD training programs in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management and Information Systems, consequently complementing the existing programs in Organizational Management.
In 2022, the school expanded its Master’s programs list with the addition of a Master’s in Corporate Financial Management, thereby consolidating its expertise in financial management. Under the leadership of Dr. Mounir BELALI, the ENSM began an ambitious digital transformation, starting with the digitization of enrollment processes. Thanks to his sharp sense of leadership and participation, Dr. BELALI was able to bring a new light to the school by effectively mobilizing his team. His active listening to all ENSM stakeholders— professors, students, and administrators, helped creating a collaborative environment. In addition, a Governance and Anti-Corruption program was launched, illustrating our commitment to training ethical and accountable leaders.
Today, in 2024, the ENSM offers a range of ten (10) Master’s programs, demonstrating remarkable growth in just 13 years. This reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of academic and professional needs. The school has always been committed to effectively supporting all its stakeholders by highlighting its key levers such as communication, active participation, coaching, as well as the quality of training and learning. These constant efforts have made it possible to train real ambassadors, who proudly uphold the values of our school. It is with great pride that we see our graduates occupy strategic positions, both in Algeria and beyond. Their success reflects the core values we cultivate at ENSM: rigor, discipline and unwavering motivation, which are at the heart of our educational approach
