Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Management
The Organizational Management Department oversees Master’s programs in four (04) distinct specializations: Organizational Management (MDO), Quality Management (MPQ), Corporate Financial Management (MFE) and Supply Chain Management (MCL). These programs are structured over two (02) academic years: the first year consists of two (02) academic semesters with continuous assessment and final examinations. The second year includes one (01) semester of coursework followed by one (01) semester entirely dedicated to the completion of the Master’s thesis.
The Department’s main objective is to train professionals capable of effectively contributing to organizational leadership, performance improvement, process quality, and resource management. Thanks to a multidisciplinary teaching team, students develop dual expertise— both technical and managerial, aligned with the job market demands.
