The Managerial Innovation, Governance, and Entrepreneurship Lab (LIMGE) was accredited by Ministerial Decree No. 82 of October, 1st, 2018. The LIMGE lab is actively engaged in academic research in the management sciences field. This orientation also allows the Lab to contribute to related fields such as economics, humanities, and social sciences.
Furthermore, the LIMGE Lab adopts an applied research approach, notably through its registration on the BAHITH platform and the provision of consulting services for public and private organizations. This approach requires close collaboration with management professionals and practitioners, in order to better understand real-world needs and respond to them in a relevant and appropriate way. Hence, the importance of paving the way for the integration of practitioners as associate researchers. For more than two years, the Lab has had its own scientific journal, Journal of Management & Organizational Dynamics (https://asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/965) . This publication serves both as a space for academic reflection and as an opportunity to promote the work of young researchers in the Lab, allowing them to gain visibility on the national platform of scientific journals.
