Overview EMP

The Management and Entrepreneurship Department offers Master’s-level training for students in three (03) specializations: Entrepreneurship and Project Management (EMP), Human Resource Management (MRH), and Marketing Management (MM). The program spans two (02) years: the first year consists of two (02) academic semesters with exams, while the second year consists of one (01) semester of coursework followed by one (01) semester entirely dedicated to the completion of the final Master’s thesis, which concludes with a defense.

Supported by an experienced team of professors, the Department aims to train professionals capable of meeting today’s business management challenges. It emphasizes entrepreneurial creativity, strategic project management, effective human capital management, and mastery of marketing tools. Students benefit from guidance that supports the development of both technical and strategic skills, which are essential in a constantly evolving economic environment.

Entrepreneurship and Project Management (EMP) This specialization enables students to master the process of business creation and project management in innovative environments. Human Resource Management (MRH) This program trains professionals to manage different roles within HR, both strategically and operationally. Marketing Management (MM) This program focuses on marketing strategy, multi-channel communication, and customer relations.
