At the ENSM, we are committed to fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence, innovation, and the emergence of a dynamic entrepreneurial culture.
In line with regulations in force and the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, our ambition is to support PhD students in carrying out high-impact research, aligned with the country’s socio-economic needs, while also addressing the challenges of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development.
Our approach is based on the synergy between research areas, engagement with the socio-economic sphere, and the valorization of scientific output. Among our strategic priorities are; the establishment of PhD Training Committees (CFD), the structuring of research labs, and the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship.
We invite all research professors, PhD students, and socio-economic partners to actively contribute to this momentum in order to make our school a center of excellence in the field of management, serving national development.
