PhD enrollment and re-enrollment applications must be submitted to the secretariat’s office of the PhD Training and Scientific Research Directorate, within the specified deadlines.

1-First-time enrollment documents include:

  • PhD Enrollment Form (downloadable from the school’s website);
  • Birth certificate (Form 12);
  • Baccalaureate transcript;
  • Master’s degree certificate (Original document);
  • Master’s degree academic transcripts (Original documents);
  • Master’s Annex (Original documents);
  • Photocopy of the Master’s thesis defense report;
  • Photocopies of degrees (Bachelor’s and Master’s, Engineering or Magister);
  • Photocopies of all academic transcripts for all degrees (Bachelor’s and Master’s, Engineering or Magister);
  • Three (03) ID pictures;
  • Two (02) stamped envelopes and labeled with the PhD student’s address;
  • Payment receipt of enrollment fees (to be obtained from the Post-Graduation Directorate, office No. 04).
  • Sworn Statement of commitment to scientific ethics (Annex Order 1082; downloadable from the school’s website);
  • Sworn Statement for first-time enrollment (downloadable from the school’s website).

  2- Re-enrollment documents include:

  • PhD Enrollment and Re-enrollment Form (downloadable from the school’s website);
  • Request for Exemption (from the 4th year onward), downloadable from the school’s website;
  • Research Progress Status Form (downloadable from the school’s website);
  • Payment receipt of enrollment fees.
